One of our EuQu researcher, Michael Pregill (University L’Orientale Naples) https://euqu.eudr-michael-e-pregill/ has recently published an article “From the Mishnah to Muḥammad: Jewish Traditions of Late Antiquity and the Composition of the Qur’an.” It discusses the question of qur’anic authorship in light of the Qur’an’s intertextual connections to biblical and Jewish literature.
